Ordered on a Sunday and asked and paid for 1-2 day delivery. Item wasn’t despatched on the Monday and it was only despatched when I chased. Finally got despatched on the Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday fortunately only one day late but extra delivery cost I paid for wasn’t refunded in part of whole. Not very good service
