I ordered some vitamins from here because I wanted them to take on holiday. Website stated a one to two day delivery. Three days later they had not arrived, with no message of explanation. On my return 10 days later there was no message and no pills had arrived. I emailed and they were then dispatched immediately but why did I need to remind them? This would make me nervous about using this fir again, especially if in a hurry, although they did put things right immediately I wrote to them.
