the radio code supplied was INCORRECT! However I now have a new radio fitted, following my contact with Blauplankt agents, who also supplied an INCORRECT code but suggested that the radio needed to be returned to GERMANY for 'resetting'! It seemed that even the 'main; agent had incorrect information. Not a pleasant experience...
