Changed the battery on my new car, and did not have the code required, Nissan refused to assist unless I paid £70.00 and brought the car to them the next working day It was Saturday so would of had to of waited until Monday, I required a code that day as needed for the integrated Sat Nav as we were travelling away for the week the following day, i had never used this service before, I entered my details and within the hour received my code, however using an iPhone I accidentally entered a wrong digit, when queried they asked me to confirm the number where I realised my error, they were more than helpful and and only charged me cost for the replacement code which worked perfectly and was still cheaper than Nissan and did it from the comfort of my own drive. Couldn't recommend enough. Really helpful polite group.
