My Mercedes has an intigrated Radio with no makers information visible.. With the nformation I had (without removing the radio) ORC obtained the code and identified the radio as an Alpine. Despie some confusion, on my part, and unable to check the code at the time they were helpful and assured me that I was welcome to contact them in the future for guidance.- Contact was fast and friendly.
