I bought a Transit van recently and when I had a Parrot system fitted to it the radio was removed. When it was replaced, of course that's when I discovered I had no code. Having photographed all the serial numbers etc on the radio, I went to Ford and explained that I needed to get the code for my radio. I was told that I had to book the van into Ford for half a day and they would 'hopefully' be able to get the code but it would cost £30 PLUS VAT to do it. I asked them if they aware that we are living in the 21st century and said that I would go and get the code myself feeling sure that it would be available online.
