Got the code eventually, however the site lends itself to believing that you get the code quite quickly it took over 24 hours.
In that time I contacted the company via email and live chat to check how long it might take i received no response whatsoever so I looked elsewhere and found somewhere much cheaper who gave me the code within 30 second
