I must say I was a bit dubious at first of just paying online for a radio code, even the dealer had been unable to help me so I had nothing left to lose really. The first code didn't work unfortunately but Emma was so helpful, she asked me a few more questions about the radio and then sent me a different code and bingo! This one worked! So pleased after 9 months of no radio online radio codes sorted it out in less than an hour 👍 Thanks so much!
