One of my customer's 09 Ford Focus needed a radio code after battery went flat and he bought the car with no handbook or radio code card. I used your service for the first time with slight scepticism but for £9.99 thought it was worth a go, so put in the serial number off radio and as soon as I paid with PayPal I immediately had the 4 digit code.
