Call the dealership, their advice, remove the radio, find the serial number, call us back and for £25 we will supply the code, something that should have been provided on the sales invoice of a 6 month old car. Solution, contact Online Radio Codes who show how to obtain the serial number without removing the radio and for £10 provide the correct code instantly. No brainer, do not contact Ford. Very good service from ORC, appalling rip off from Ford.
