I didn't realise the code was missing when I purchased the car second hand, so when the battery went flat I had no radio. I received an Immediate reply once the purchase was completed . I input the code and the radio worked straight away. Very pleased ... perhaps £9.99 was a little steep compared to some sites but it worked so I would definately recommend this company.
