Never had this problem, was told to expect major problems and stress to recover my radio code. Went online found this web site and was very sceptical. Started online chat to an agent, explained the problem. Submitted a few details and Within 10 minutes I received an email with the new code.... and hey ho it worked and had my sounds back.
