Received the radio code within 1 hour of paying, for the ford CD6000 unit - and had it working very soon after. Quite happy to pay for the code as a previous uncharged query to Ford returned the wrong one - and it would have cost more for a further paid enquiry with Ford, probably with a journey to the dealer required. Sorting it out this way was easier, after we removed the radio to find the serial number.
