I purchased a car and the radio didn't work after the company I purchased from carried out a pre-sale service. They promised to send somebody round to reset the radio code. After waiting for 3 days and nobody showed up I took the matter into my own hands. A quick internet search, a few clicks and a £10 payment later and my radio code was sent to me. Brilliant service.
