I applied for my code on-line and got a response within the hour. The code did not work and I contacted the customer service team to get advice. An email arrived the following morning asking for a picture to be emailed to them of the message on screen, turns out I'd entered my serial number with 1 less digit, my fault. The team sorted my issue and my code finally worked! All emails were answered within minutes, good service. Thanks Emma at Radio Codes.
