Hi I applied for a radio code on 23rd December after reading how quick your service is from all the online reviews. After the purchase I waited and waited for a email containing the code but none came through. At that point I realised you was probably closed for Christmas, but there was nothing on your website saying codes may take longer at holiday times. it is now 29th December and I haven't received any radio code or any confirmation you have received the order. On the 27th December I finally receive an email asking me to write a review for you. I found this very bazaar as I haven't received any radio code or confirmation you have my order yet. I find this service very poor and am happy to say as much in the review you have asked me to complete, but before I do I would like to give you the chance to reply and explain when I will receive the code and why it has taken so long.
