Nissan main dealer told me my radio would have to be removed to retrieve the code and it would take an hour and cost £35.
The serial number came up on the radio screen after a bit of research so it did not need removing!
Nissan lied about the whole process.
I gave the serial number to Online Radio Codes, paid £18 and they emailed the code to me in under 10 minutes
