After reading some of the reviews on here about online4baby I've actually come to a conclusion a lot of the online4babies goods are other companies returns damaged goods if the customer is lucky they will get a brand new items.
This is the reason why a lot of us customers are complaining
about online4baby.
And the staff I've definitely programme not to give refunds once they got your money.
This is the reason the team managers are so rude to customers.
