We ordered many items from O4B to use for our first born son. We ordered a particular pram that was going to make going for a walk by myself a lot easier to manage, especially during lockdown and being stuck on my own. The pram was said to have been dispatched at the start start of February this year. It didnt turn up. They suggested that DPD had lost it, they said they'd chase it up...no luck. They said they'd dispatch another and we queried whether we'd get one because stock was flying out again. We were reassured that they had hundreds in stock so would be fine. No news, no updates at all.....look on website and they are all out of .stock again. Customer service was not reachable twice in a row due to "staff training". It took me to contact someone who works in a showroom on Instagram to get someone from customer services to contact us ASAP. They said they were changing over staff so it didnt get actioned.....no offer of compensation or vouchers, just "oh, do you want a refund?" That is no way to carry out customer service to a very annoyed and frustrated customer. They said we can "write a letter of complaint if you want but it'll just come to me anyway". Absolutely disgusting attitude and no way of apologising for waiting 7 weeks for a pram to use! I will not be recommending this company to anyone and will be sure to disuade anyone from buying from them. Their prices may be cheaper but their service is weak and they do not seem to see customer relations as a priority. Disappointing experience when it is not what you want to be spending your time dealing with as a first time mum in lockdown.
