AVOID THIS COMPANY
Screws were missing from the original highchair. It took 6 days for the retailer to respond to my request. A further 6 days to receive the screws which were wrong AGAIN. Still have not received the correct screws and will have had the high chair nearly 3 weeks and the issue is not resolved and completely unusable meaning we are unable to start weaning. Terrible customer service, slow to respond and solve.
Can’t say how good the product is as it is unusable at present!!
