AWFUL CUSTOMER SERVICES FOR RETURNS AND ISSUES
Ordered travel system bundle and it came scratched and the car travel seat hood was damaged. Over a month has gone by and issue isn’t resolved! They have changed from only needing us to send faulty parts to then wanting the whole pram and now wanting the pram and car seat. They knew I didn’t have original packaging and now they want original packaging or won’t have it back. Horrendous to deal with and this has been going on for over a month!
