Bought a car seat which isn’t fit for purpose as though stated it would be suitable babies head does not reach the head rest. Cannot return unless in original bag unbroken, but bag is sealed so you have to cut it open. Won’t return an item with seal broken under their extended policy unless they still have the item in stock.
Waste of money. Breaches consumer rights. Gamble as to whether the product is suitable or faulty, and if it isn’t they don’t want to know.
