Bought a car seat that the harness failed / broke. Fortunately our car was stationary when toddlers strap mechanism snapped.
Contacted via chat and was promised a call back next day which has never happened. Communication only via email.
In the meantime I read some reviews about the safety of the aforementioned car seat, and asked for an exchange for a different brand. I also sent a screenshot from Drive Safe and another parent who has same issue with harness safety.
A few days later new harness arrived identical no modifications or orange label indicating UK standards.
I was sent a link about the seat which tbh was a promo/ advertising link more than anything else.
As the seat had been used I am unable to return, I have bought another from a store but I do feel aggrieved and the customer care which their website states " prides themselves in customer care" ...clearly not
