Absolutely shocking service!
Ordered two car seats. One arrived okay, but poor quality. The other was obviously a second or had been returned used. It was scratched, marked and broken in places. I was not pleased but it’s impossible to contact them. I have tried numerous times via their telephone number (answer machine) and email. No response, despite the promises of refunds and replacements on their website. Avoid this company at all costs.
