Bought a pushchair which I did not like upon delivery through no fault of company or product. The returns team rejected the return due to some dust on the pushchair. The item was in perfect condition, it was literally put up in my living room and packed away but their returns team claimed there was proof I had used the product. They were extremely difficult to deal with. I subsequently bought a lot more products as new parent but not from here, not worth the hassle.
