Really not happy with the delivery, I'm being completely messed about. Ordered a car seat at around 14:30 on 31st Dec 2019, details on payment told me if I kept normal delivery option I'd get it Jan 3rd, if I paid £7.50 then delivery would be before 12pm on Jan 2nd. I selected this and got an email to say it would be delivered before that time.
However it also said I'd get an email with a tracking link, which I didn't. When I used the option on the website, it said the order hadn't been processed so I called on the morning of Jan 2nd to be told actually they couldn't do this as the warehouse was closed on 1st. Ok fine, annoying but they'll refund me and I was told the agent was confident I'd get the product before 12pm on Jan 3rd. Fine.
I then checked tracking again the night of Jan 2nd, still says order not processed. Messaged on Facebook and I got told that actually it'll be despatched on Friday 3rd and delivered Monday 6th Jan!
Really not happy at all, no apology at all and I could have just gone to a shop to buy this over the weekend if I'd known they wouldn't deliver as promised. Will not use this company again.
