Customer service is terrible. After purchasing a car seat I was then emailed to say there was a price error and they wanted double the price. I opted for a refund, which originally they said would be immediate to now be told it could take up to 30 days!!! Customer service is absolutely shocking. Emails are very blunt. Would not recommend or use again.
