Long delivery delay and no financial compensation or small gift
I ordered a €780 double mountain buggy duet from online4baby last mid May 2020 and I didn't receive any notification end of June that I wouldn't be getting this buggy until August until I emailed them when its arriving, takes them one week to reply in an email with short of staff and after paying a lot of money for this buggy no small gift or financial compensation to say sorry. Will never order from this company again and very poor service to customers. Very disappointing
