I have ordered a few things from this site with no issues until I ordered a moses basket. Its arrived in a damaged box (possibly the corieurs fault). However moses basket hood screws missing and the moses basket blanket.
I emailed over a week ago to resolved (get sent all items or to arrange a return) and still no response! Tried to call no answer ever. I have a baby on the way with a moses basket that I cannot use.
I will now have to order a new one and wait to hear from them re the refund.
