I do not recommend this bank at all, if I could give 0 stars I would. I reported a scam on my account in the middle of Feb 25. The following day they restricted my account and started questioning my transactions. I sent them evidence immediately . I have raised 2.complaints, no response. They then email me 2 weeks later asking for same evidence. They have not allowed me access to my account or funds for nearly 5 weeks. Didn't even inform me they were restricting my account. Fraud Team are rude and put the phone down on you after hours of being on the phone. They have made my life a living nightmare. AVOID
