“I do not recommend this bank at all, if I could give 0 stars I would. I reported a scam on my account in the middle of Feb 25. The following day they restricted my account and started questioning my transactions. I sent them evidence immediately . I have raised 2.complaints, no response. They then email me 2 weeks later asking for same evidence. They have not allowed me access to my account or funds for nearly 5 weeks. Didn't even inform me they were restricting my account. Fraud Team are rude and put the phone down on you after hours of being on the phone. They have made my life a living nightmare. AVOID”

The reason given was that I failed to meet the timeframe by a couple of days. I completed the documentation online and believed I had fulfilled the criteria, but obviously, I had not. “Order something online and this bank will block your card and tell you It's for security reasons. They do it all the time.
My mum has the same bank, and they do it to her also.

This means I am going to have NO money for at least 7 to 10 days!!!! I can't buy any food, I can't put fuel in my car to get to my hospital appointment, I can't do anything!!!”
