Didn't realise it was a German company. Ordered a rear wiper blade for my Golf, found it in their catalogue at a good price (£6.36). I paid by PayPal, but did not check the details, and received a receipt for the £18.76 I'd paid for it! Turns out "Delivery" was £8.45, and "Security Delivery a further £3.95! wiper blade doesn't need any security, and weighs next to nothing, so where on earth were these prices plucked from? CHECK CALL THE COST BEFORE BUYING! Their Ts & Cs allow for a "cancellation of contract" clause within 2 weeks, so I've sent that email before the thing has even arrived! No reply yet - just done it.
