I ordered 5 days ago and only today they gave dispatch and it still takes at least a week for the order to reach me in the meantime I am sitting with the car in the garage and spending money. They did not give me any email to confirm my delivery, that they gave dispatch. I gave them an email to ask what is happening to which they tell me they are sorry but today they gave dispatch and that it takes about 6 more days max delivery. I paid extra for delivery. So avoid them they are unserious and careless with their customers.”
“Ordered parts on 2 February and when they arrived there was big hole in box and 2 wheel bearings were missing and 2 wishbone were wrong size . I informed them and they sent me a return slip for wishbones and bearings so I sent wishbone back with note attached to recipient asking for replacement wishbones and that the bearings were not delivered. A week later they refunded me for wishbones so I messaged them and they said they couldn't refund bearings because I hadn't returned them. I informed them again that bearings hadn't arrived and I wanted wishbones replaced, he said he could do that and sent me a pay link for wishbones so I paid. A week later they have emailed me saying they won't send wishbones until I have paid for wheel bearings again and another email saying they will send return slip for wheel bearings. So I have now paid for wishbones and wheel bearings about £100 and after 5 weeks still no closer to getting them.”
