Ordered parts on the 3rd, tracking provided after 4days but no progress on the tracking. Contacted the courier (Evri) who said items had not been dispatched from the vendor and that they were waiting to collect.
Contacted customer services at onlinecarparts by email with this information and got a reply saying I needed to wait another 6-9days!
Paid a premium for delivery too of over £8 for this shambles.
