These guys are immoral and taking economy away from the UK by advertising as a .co.uk company o my when you delve deeper into their website do your find they are in-fact based In Germany. Service is atrocious, shipping really slow and for those with car trouble or requiring parts quickly this place is a no go. Rather support a UK company or local motor factor.......can only imagine what the returns process for incorrect parts will be like......really sad to have been a customer of this company.

Ordered a air flow sensor, was told 5-7 delivery, as it was from Germany, had it in 7 days, great price, quality part, would use again.

Do not buy from them! If anything will go wrong with your delivery, they will leave you hanging for months, will misguide you and even lie to you! You have been warned! It is the hardest review in my life as this company broke so many UK and EU laws that I have no idea where to start... When I notified them about the issue, they did not respond. I had to raise the case with PayPal to grab their attention. The first response that I received was from a person that did not know English well and did not understand what I am enquiring about. Later, they pretended to be friendly. Sent me the paperwork and told me that they are on the case. I sent the paperwork back with all possible evidence to support that: I was not at home, nobody was in, the signature was not mine and I have no idea who "received" the goods even that my name was used by the courier. So far so good? Not a chance. For days there was no update around the case. I complained many times to the seller that according to the law my contract is with them and not the shipping company, that full responsibility for goods is with them until they will be delivered into my hands. The law is clear that the shipping company is working on behalf of the seller and I am not a participant in this procedure. Response? Please wait. Please wait and please wait. The seller was notified that by selling goods to the UK he needs to comply with the UK and EU laws. The law is clear - "If your item wasn't delivered to the location you agreed, it's the seller's legal responsibility to sort out the issue." They also were not interested to send the good again, only for me to wait. I was contacted by the shipping company and they confirmed that the signature was not mine. That should be enough for the seller to start formal processing with the shipping company. That did not happen. 30 days have passed. The seller ignored the Formal termination of the contract email which obliged them to issue an immediate refund. As you can see they are happy to break the law and do not care about it. My bank is handling the complaint right now and my fight is far from over. Even when I will get my money back, I will pursue any possibility to get them fined or prosecuted as I strongly believe that every company that is breaking the law should be brought to justice. They also pretend to be UK company. Avoid by any means!

I thought I'd give these folks a try since they were cheaper than Euro Car Parts. Ordered parts for my car, which I needed urgently since It wouldn't work without them. Two weeks later I've chased their whereabouts but I'm still waiting for the parts, I lose faith and decide to cancel the order. Nearly a month later and a lot of e-mail exchanges, still no parts. Apparently no-refund without sending them back. Absolute Joke. Thieves.

Good quality parts sent and received well packaged within 2 weeks to the UK. All parts correct except the water reservoir cap was too small. It was just a cheap extra that wasn't really needed anyway. Replied to any emails I sent within 24 hours. Thanks Chris Martin for your prompt replies. Overall a very good experience after the original panic of seeing the bad reviews. Yes I will definitely use again. 5 stars from me as I am a happy customer.

UK Customers DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE Autodoc GmbH (Germany) / Onlinecarparts.co.uk - Same Company? Bought a part online, it arrived, ended up being the wrong part which didn't fit. Return process was confusing.. getting emails with unclear instructions sent from 2 different companies. Autodoc? Onlinecarparts.co.uk? No idea. After a confused email exchange, I was finally given a Parcel Force Worldwide shipping label to return the item with instructions. I sent it back as instructed (3 months ago). The item was lost in transit, when I chased, customer support just kept asking me for proof of postage (which I had already sent multiple times, and it was THEIR SHIPPING LABEL IN THE FIRST PLACE SO THEY COULD TRACK THE SHIPMENT ANYTIME THEY WANTED), all of which I kept telling them but they kept acting like it was new information every time. I ended up trying to claim through Paypal, which ended up being denied because the return shipment was lost in transit and therefore they could not confirm the item was actually returned (because it's probably floating in the sea somewhere thanks to Parcel Force). I never asked to buy this part from Germany in the first place, seeing as I was buying from a ".CO.UK" retailer. I now have no product and lost my money. Absolute disaster!

Terrible company promised me a refund on two seperate occasions and have now proceeded to re send the parts they said were lost when I've had to go elsewhere as I needed new brakes on my car months ago and it's took this long and still not arrived! I want my money back stop telling me you've delivered the parts when they aren't here and it's taken WEEKS past due date. STEER CLEAR! order: 41203737

Took my money and sent nothing. Now I can't afford to buy replacement parts or MOT my car. This has left me isolated and cause too much stress... Shame I can't put 0 stars!

Terrible company. Also Germany based They use a .co.Uk misleading people into believing they are a Uk based company, in fact all orders are dispatched from Germany and take an extremely long time to arrive. They do not respond to emails, however are very quick to respond to negative reviews left online. Blaming everything on COVID rather than admitting they are misleading customers into unknowingly use a German company.

Do not order from these cowboys!!!! After a 3 week wait for the parts, I fitted the new door lock only to find it's defective and has deadlocked. They will process a warranty claim that takes 6 weeks leaving me without a car. Any reputable company would send a new lock so i could at least drive my car. The only way to remove the lock is to smash it off as the door is stuck so i have to return it broken to pieces which makes no sense. Euro car parts would just deal with this and give me a new one. All the parts are from Germany and the grief trying to deal with issues is horrendous. They make submitting the warranty claim very hard and I will end up having to buy another lock from someone else. Do yourself a favor and buy from a company that really is in the UK not just titled .co.uk. Wish id never bothered with these cowboys.

Stay away!! Stay away!! Stay away!! They send parts with a courier you can't miss cos otherwise you won't be able to collect and they will never give you money back. Also it's shipped from Germany and it takes ages. Bunch of thifs.

Awful company .co.uk website but not in the uk all stock comes from germany, 12 days now and still waiting needed part for mot so had to buy one locally in the end. Avoid at all cost.

Put reg number in their website & a list for supply of rear discs came up. I bought 2 from that list . After 2 weeks they came but did not fit. On informing them I was told the part is incompatible with my car. Basically told unlikely to get money back. Awaiting response as told them their website system caused problem

If you're not in a rush to get your parts then maybe they are an option for you. I ordered a number of parts and it took 6 days to dispatch them. I'm still waiting for them to arrive now 11 days later, and the tracking states they're still in Germany! The whole Germany thing is frustrating when the site is advertised as a .co.uk, I realized something was up when I had to pay almost 30€ shipping to Ireland! I figured this would be an express service at that price range but no. I wouldn't recommend it you are in a hurry and the cheaper prices are definitely tempting, just be prepared to wait. I've had a similar experience with a previous order but it wasn't as bad, thanks to it just being one part. Ps: I have a funny feeling this is a bit of a "front" as it's very similar to autodoc and buycarparts, all working on the same part order/stock system originating from Germany. Maybe someone else can find out more, but none of the parts are in the uk for sure.

Slow delivery from Germany plus they missed off part of the address so Parcel Force couldn't deliver. I contacted Onlinecarparts but haven't yet received a reply so I guess I won't but Parcel Force were great when I contacted them and hopefully I will actually get my part after two weeks ! my advice is to avoid and go elsewhere !

Please be so very wary of this company, we ordered some parts for our car, provided the information they requested, I.e. registration number of car and looked for the compatible parts we needed. Had the parts fitted only to find out they are not compatible and are also faulty, contacted the company who said the only way we could possibly get a refund is if we opened a warranty case. When we asked to do so they said because the parts had been mounted, we had next to no chance of getting a refund. Explained that we had provided all the required information and their website said the parts would be compatible. Have lost over £130, plus have to pay for new parts in local garage which will be a further few hundred pounds. Please do not use them, they are not trustworthy at all and you will simply lose money, I really hope you read the reviews before ordering.
