Really poor experience. Ordered a part on Saturday, email on Monday to say it wasn't in stock. Sent a list of alternatives including the very part they said wasn't in stock and re-machined parts not new like I ordered. Tuesday morning got despatch notification and feeling confident. Friday box arrived with just the £5 belt in, not the £170 alternator. Contacted and told the warehouse would have to confirm it didn't leave, even though the tracking from the website bot showed only the belt had been sent. Promised reply, didn't hear. Contacted again, same non-answer. Contacted again on the Monday, still hadn't been resolved, but promised it would leave in the next 48 hours, but no way to expedite. Alternator finally arrived on day 14 after order placed. Be very wary if you order!
