This is a SCAM! Do not use! I purchased tickets through Tickets-Center.com for Incubus in Colorado Springs. I paid $269 and immediately received a message stating my order had been received and tickets would be transferred to me before the concert. Soon after, I received another e-mail that said I would receive more information once my order processed, it even gave me an order #. Within a few hours, I received a 3rd email stating that my mobile electronic transfer tickets had been transferred to me and that an email notification from their team or box office would now be in my inbox and that I had to accept the tickets before the event. I did not receive this email. I did a chat session with Aryan, he asked for my order number and email associated with the order. Next he confirmed that he saw the tickets for Incubus, etc. (so clearly could see my information and the order since he knew the concert without me giving him that information). Then he asked if I had logged into my TicketMaster account and if I did that, I might be able to see the tickets there (this led me to believe they were affiliated with TM). I did as he advised, but no tickets, when I told him that, he asked if I could log onto my mobile TicketMaster app, so I downloaded the app but still no tickets. Then he asked if I had given him the wrong email address for the account (huh?, he just confirmed the order and I received three emails already), but he insisted he needed a different email address in order to find the tickets (again, huh?). I challenged him on this but he assured me that they could get the tickets to me with another email address. I told him that I had an alternate work email but he said that would not work, so I gave him an ancient Hotmail account that I never use. He asked me if there would be anything else, trying to end the call. I told him I wanted to stay on the line with him until I saw my tickets and he reassured me that their team was diligently working on my order. I finally realized that it was pointless and ended the chat. I logged onto my PayPal account immediately and saw a REOCCURRING charge set up for the $269 on my PayPal account. I opened a case with PayPal and contacted my bank immediately and fortunately, I had taken screenshots of my chat to provide to them showing their deception. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund on this but do not use this company!
