“Choosing to work with Fred Mercy was the best move I made. Their guidance was clear, their communication consistent, and they delivered exactly what they promised. Trustworthy and reliable—highly recommended for anyone seeking fund recovery.”
“No tickets delivered. Claimed issues with driver and delivery and false claims regarding locating. Managers not available. Claimed would have legitimate brokers help.
Do not use. Scam.”
“RUN - WARNING - SCAM!!! TFS, insisted my tickets were delivered. They were not, they refused to show me proof if this, the concert is still weeks away and I still have no tickets. This was a show that was rescheduled and still they refuse to provide the tickets.”
“This company is fraud me extra $176.00 and after six hours of booking ticket I call them to get and explanation for extra charge they said protecting my transaction and that was the first time I heard this. They refused to refund the money and I also call PayPal to dispute the charge and their answer was the charge was ok. Then I saw people complained about the same company to PayPal. Now I don’t know what to and why PayPal supporting these kind of company.”
“Don’t ever use this company. I did not get my parking voucher for the event I got tickets for and they have given me the run around. This company should nor be allowed to operate.”
“Complete scam. Never purchased or received/excepted any tickets. In arbitration with them telling me I never contacted their support. The support number I was given to was ticketmaster. They had no record of transaction on my account so there was nothing they could do.”
“This company should be ashamed that they line their pockets by absolutely scamming consumers who are simply looking to buy tickets to fun events. I, too, was totally scammed while trying to purchase tickets to a music festival. I thought I was in the music venue's site but was kicked into this scandalous site instead. They set a timer and rush you through the process (as though you might miss out on your tickets). I never saw the breakdown of the absurd extra charges and fees that were added to the already gouged ticket price. When all was said and done, my tickets cost me double!”
“Complete scam of a company, deception, we had no summary of coasts for 2 concert tickets before we checked out so did not see any extra charges before pament went through. Over £500 extra ! disputed with credit card company.. no luck, now goign through pay-pal.. There are SOOO MANY bad reviews for this company they also go under ; ticketsonsale, ticketsfor sale too all linked. Our transaction apparently was on ticketsonsale but ticketfulfillent services on the transaction at paypal.. Its been a very stressful and worrying issue thats still not resolved, no confirmation email, and no tickets. No answear to any emails, and no-one responds on chat.”
“I have purchased 4 sets of tickets for classic music events in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. For two events that already happen I was never issued confirmation number nor had tickets delivered in any form. When I went to box office to see whether tickets are there on my name I found nothing and had to purchase new tickets at box office. Tickets that I purchased for events that are coming in March and April I disputed through my credit card and PayPal. PayPal is not very helpful with there system that relies mostly on AI. Ticket Fulfilment services can not be reached by any means. PayPal and credit card companies should do something about these frodulant company ASAP.”
“Like so many others, I got scammed by this company. In fact, I'm surprised they're still in business. I bought tickets for a Santa Cruz Warriors G-league basketball game and got some confusing emails about how to access them.
I saw that others had similar issues, and that this company has a "D-" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Thankfully, I paid with Paypal and was able to get the total amount refunded.”
“This company is a scam. The tickets I bought to a basketball game have NOT been delivered. I keep getting promised that they will be delivered and they are not doing it. They say it will be done hours before the actual game. I requested a refund and they refuse. THEY ARE A SCAM. BEWARE.”
“If you are here you were probably scammed by these crooks. First step dispute with your credit card company. If enough people dispute they will lose their merchant standing. Also join our facebook group at ticket scam victims. If enough of us work together we can write letters to the FTC, state attorney generals, and members of our state and national congress to put pressure on them to take action against this shady business.”
“This is a very deceptive company you click on the venue website and it redirect you to them and you assume that they are the venue the prices are almost 75% higher than going to the venues website and they won’t give you your money back. I wish they can be taken off the Internet and stop ripping people off because when you read these threads this has occurred multiple times there should be something in place to stop this, they have a rating of F from the Better Business Bureau but yet nobody is doing anything about this company”
“Garbage company that takes reasonably priced tickets and gouges the ever living S**T out of them. Shame on any company that allows the used of this 3rd party ticket vendor. They are a SCAM and should be shut down immediately because of their disingenuous way that act as a direct seller. I paid $175/ each for $50 tickets to see Disney on Ice for the kids. Both Disneyonice.com and Ticketmaster.com allows this to happen”
