I have purchased 4 sets of tickets for classic music events in Miami and Fort Lauderdale. For two events that already happen I was never issued confirmation number nor had tickets delivered in any form. When I went to box office to see whether tickets are there on my name I found nothing and had to purchase new tickets at box office. Tickets that I purchased for events that are coming in March and April I disputed through my credit card and PayPal. PayPal is not very helpful with there system that relies mostly on AI. Ticket Fulfilment services can not be reached by any means. PayPal and credit card companies should do something about these frodulant company ASAP.
