Like so many others, I got scammed by this company. In fact, I'm surprised they're still in business. I bought tickets for a Santa Cruz Warriors G-league basketball game and got some confusing emails about how to access them.
I saw that others had similar issues, and that this company has a "D-" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Thankfully, I paid with Paypal and was able to get the total amount refunded.
