Negative: Printing the report in a pdf format shows the information or photos-graphics scribbled/overlayed. Basic printing was fine. Comments: I downloaded the books that you provide for free. Recommendation: I like to suggest considering improving your web page layout in such a way some of the sections are introduced. For example, at the end of the report, say something like: "Thanks for using our web service! As our valued customer, this month we are providing access to Real State books you may consider helpful. Review the list below. Feel free to download selected copies at no cost to you."
