“Easy to use and a lot of information on it not just the property but any sex offenders close by with pictures house sizes lot sizes even when it was built. Price for one time was $1.00 nice. I could stay on there for hours looking at all the information.”
“Positive: The report provided the information I was looking for. The report was easy to read and review.
Negative: Printing the report in a pdf format shows the information or photos-graphics scribbled/overlayed. Basic printing was fine.
Comments: I downloaded the books that you provide for free. I also printed the house inspection list. Thanks for the books and the list.
Recommendation: I like to suggest considering improving your web page layout in such a way some of the sections are introduced. For example, at the end of the report, say something like:
"Thanks for using our web service! As our valued customer, this month we are providing access to Real State books you may consider helpful. Review the list below. Feel free to download selected copies at no cost to you."”

“Pretty cool! WIsh I had more insight into the sources used to build this report. I was hoping to see a home value but, that was not included in the report? How will I use this information to establish a fair market price for my home?”
“The report was not nearly up to date. Also, much of the description of the interior was incorrect, such as for the last 20 years it has had two bathrooms and a laundry room, plus an outside storage room. It now has a metal roof. The report was helpful and worth the $1 fee, but as I said, incomplete.”
