I, like others, have used this service thinking it was an official website. Paid £27 for a drawing. Same day, found out it costs £3 from the official Land Registry website.
This company makes money by making you think it is the official website just by using a very similarly worded website address.
Save yourself lots of money by going to the official gov.uk website.
