The first time I ordered from here I was disappointed with the condition of the items on arrival. They were ruined covered in oil leaked from the body scrub obviously not checked and packed carefully. When I informed customer service they sent platitudes rather than offering to replace the items. I sent photos as evidence of the damaged goods. I was reticent about ordering again but decided to give them the benefit of doubt. This time no leakages so I was happy. The products themselves are great but initially disappointed with the level of customer service for my first order.
