Four items were missing from my order and one is damaged so badly its useless. I have contacted online poundstore twice and haven’t had a reply in four days. My order came in a battered box for contact lenses that was held together by sellotape and had no paperwork in at all.
Awful customer service! Still no idea what’s going on with my missing items.
