I have bought from the oline pound store a number of times and i am generally happy with my purchases.It saves trudging around the poundshops and paying parking fees. A couple of things that anoy me are when they issue a credit note for something out of stock.These just get lost or forgotten about [which is not good for the customer] Also please check carefully the size of the items you are buying, as i have paid £1 for some tiny tiny toothpastes and mouthwashes that i thought were full size.
