Dreadful experience. Ordered and paid for goods on 16/11/17 and order was confirmed.
6 days later, having had no updates, I contacted online pound store, by email and was told that they would get in touch with the courier to find out the reason for the delay. Then 8 days after ordering, I received an email from online pound store saying that the courier Hermes, had lost my order and they "will have to send a new one out". I'm not holding my breath! I'm going to give it another couple of days then escalate a PayPal dispute if I still haven't received. First and last time I will shop with them!
