Paid for 48 hour delivery and my order wasn’t shipped for 5 days. The customer service email address is invalid and no-one ever picks up the phone. When my order was finally shipped I received no notification from the store itself, only from the parcel carrier. The courier used was the wrong one, 48 hour delivery is supposed to be via DPD and my parcel came via Hermes, who are the carrier for the standard delivery.
When my parcel arrived, three of the items weren’t even what I ordered, either they weren’t in stock and and the website didn’t reflect that, or whoever picked my order didn’t know what they were looking for and just guessed.
All in all, a pretty terrible experience and mostly a waste of money.
