The courses are easy to navigate and use, as well as the website overall, and I'm happy to feature my completed certificates on my Indeed profile. While I will still need job-specific training for these concerns for the next time that I'm employed, I appreciate the responsibility to maintain my annual recertification for the knowledge base on my own time from home, so that I'm ready to work in a shorter amount of time. Also, this is incredibly useful if I ever have to relocate for new employment, since I tend to take more time than others when taking these courses.
