I am extremely disappointed with the customer service. I have left multiple messages over the course of two days and I have also spoken with a call taker and gave her my contact info as well as a description of my problem. The issue that I am having is that some of my emplyees recieved an email that allowed them to emroll ino the on-line course and other employees did not recieve the email. I also registered in the course to see if I would recive the email, and I did not recieve an email either. Furthermore, I have not recieved ONE correspondance related to my issue. Not one. That, to me, is ZERO customer service. I would like this rectified as soon as possible.
